When loading new suppliers, we should add images so it will show on our website. Kindly see below example:
Note: this is only allowed on suppliers that is available online (ticked on agent internet access).
If no image is loaded, it will just show as empty:
Procedures on how to add images:
1. Download image of the supplier on the internet (preferably on the supplier's website if available)
2. For hotel suppliers, we prefer the facade of the property instead of the room or other areas of the hotel, but if not available, you can just use whatever is available
3. Download the image and save it to Product Documents > Supplier Images folder
4. Save the image using the filename: Supplier code + tn e.g fousydtn
5. Josh will then upload the images to an app connected to tourplan so it shows on the website
