In connectivity, we have the type of connection called "Inventory Only", where in usually we map rate plans on the existing service lines with contracted rates.
When we map this type of connection, we already put the rate on terminal to make sure it will not pull past the loaded rates.
So, if there's EOD - External Option Details note under Product Notes and you have loaded new rates or if you did an update on the service line, please make sure to put the last date to terminal.

If you see such details on a service line, please put the last date range of that service line on terminal status.
