DO NOT REMOVE BANK DETAILS EVEN IF INSTRUCTED BY PRODUCTS.
Products has been informed about this but might forget and still instruct sometimes. Please know that accounts may still need the old bank details as there could still be bookings that should be paid to the old owner/management.
If there's change of ownership, when it comes to bank details, please do the following:
- Check for new bank details
- Check effectivity date
- Advise accounts about the change of ownership/management with the new bank details and effectivity date.
- If property cannot provide new bank details yet. Just inform accounts that you tried to ask for new bank details but property cannot provide it yet. Or just inform them if there's no changes.
It is important that accounts is always in the loop when there's change of ownership/management so they'll be able to pay the correct owner.
