We do not include additional bedding (rollaway) in our notes. The bedding configuration mentioned in the notes should always reflect the existing bedding only.
 
When referring to below example, the existing bedding is the queen bed which would allow 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults free of charge, taking into consideration that Max occupancies cannot be exceeded. If additional bedding is required regardless of adult or child, the team will need to charge for triple.
 
Standard Atrium Room (was Atrium Room)
1 Queen
Maximum Capacity: 3 Guests
 
The superior twin however can allow up to 2 additional children FOC when sharing with 2 adults. No additional charge would be required because the room includes 2 double beds.
 
Superior Twin Room (was Premier Twin Room)
2 Singles Or 2 Double Beds
Maximum Capacity: 3 Guests or 2 Adults + 2 Children
 
The child policy is a general rule across all room types however each room category may have its own restrictions based on max occupancies and bedding configuration.
